Earlier this week Rick Methold from Southdowns RWDI, acting as HS2’s expert on noise and vibration, provided a Teach-in presentation to a House of Commons Select Committee, convened to hear petitions on the High Speed Rail (Crewe to Manchester) Bill in the UK Parliament.
Rick’s presentation introduced the Committee to the scope of the Sound, Noise and Vibration matters for both the construction and operational phases, including subject matter that may be discussed at a later stage in the Committee’s proceedings.
